I have a project which I (an admin) created. I am listed as the ‘Owner’. I then added “Members of X team can EDIT”.
Can members of X team archive the project?
Can other admins view, edit, and/or archive the project?

Everyone with “edit” option can archive project. You can read more about projects permissions here:
Generealy if you have access to project with edit option (2 cases below) you can archive it.

Thank you for clarifying! There was some confusion because the description for ‘Can edit’ specifies they can change anything in the project, whereas archival/deletion seems like changing the project itself.
