Issue with Granting Permission to Archive Projects in a Team

Hello,

I’m encountering an issue with project archiving within our team. I’ve assigned admin permissions to certain team members because I wanted to enable them to archive projects. Initially, this seemed to work as they were able to archive some projects. However, they are now unable to archive any new projects.

Despite the admin permissions being granted, the option to archive projects is not available to them. This situation is perplexing, especially since the permissions previously allowed for some projects to be archived. I’m unsure what I might be doing wrong.

Could someone advise on how to properly grant permissions to team members so they can archive projects?

If you are sure the user has Project Admin permission for the project they are trying to archive, then I recommend you try these troubleshooting steps, then please create a support ticket: see How to contact our Support Team.

Provide them the URL to the project in question and the user involved.
