I might sound biased since I’m an Asana, but I have to say it’s so hard for me to pick just one feature.
Rules are my top choice! They save sooo much time and are crucial for automating tasks I’d otherwise forget to do. A big +1 to your features, @Bastien_Siebman and @Kristin_LaG! Our teams rely on them a lot too!
