What happens to a user's tasks if they're removed from our organization?

I have a user that needs to be removed from our Asana organization, but there are still lots of tasks assigned to her that need to be sorted through. What happens to the tasks assigned to her if she’s removed from the organization?

Note that the project mentioned in that FAQ containing the person’s tasks will be called (assuming in this exmple the departing employee’s name is Jane Doe) “Jane Doe’s Previously Assigned Tasks”.
