Recently, our company just changed the name. All users are using a new email. I want to add a new email and remove the old one. After I add a new one, I tried to delete the old one, But its show: You can’t remove the only email associated with an Organization. So what should I do to edit the email that associated with the organization?

I can confirm our support team has received your query. They’re currently a little bit delayed responding to users but will be in touch soon; please don’t reply to your own email as it will send your query back to the bottom of their queue. From what I understand you need to update the email domain tied to your Organisation which you cannot do in-product so adding your new email to your account and reaching out to our support team was the right thing to do! Sorry for the delay in responding, but rest ensured that because you’ve successfully added your new email, there is no risk for you to get locked out of your account, and hopefully everything should be sorted very soon!
