Trying to update email of primary account holder

The primary account holder signed up/purchased asana some time ago. Since then they have changed organisational (#B) focus including company name and company email. As the primary account holder her email is still tied to the origninal organisation (#A) which no longer exists (2 years). How do we keep the history and update her email?
Most of the chats seem to imply we can’t change email which means she has to keep old defunct email going.

If they still have access to the email address, they can add their new email to the existing Asana account following these steps. If they no longer have access to the old email address, please contact out support team so we can assist further:
