How can I view multiple pages within a PDF? I used to be able to scroll up/down, but now it appears that the window is “fixed” and the content I’m viewing is “fit to page” where I’m unable to scroll.

If that is the case that seems like a bug. You should resubmit as a bug and provide all the necessary info.
