We’d like to see how many tasks (total, across the whole team) we’ve completed for 2019, 2020, and so far in 2021. I’m not seeing a way to do that in the reporting section. Is there a way to view this?

At this time, it is not possible to filter in a date range when reporting. I suggest you add your vote to the below thread if this is something you’d like to see brought to life in the future:
