I can confirm that this is not a bug but currently expected behaviour. It’s not currently possible to save a preferred layout of Projects on the Team Overview page.
You can upvote this thread if this is a feature you would like to see in the future: In the team page, allow to set project project view to List by default (it currently defaults to tiles)
I’ll keep you posted on the thread above if we have any news
