Hi yall. I am looking for a way or a rule set to implement that allows me to view all the tasks that are assigned to a user in ASANA. Essentially I manage a team designers that are given tasks from different teams. I have a design board created which holds the tasks for each designer. I want to ensure that whenever one of them are assigned a task from anywhere in ASANA, that it falls into their board for me to view and them to be able to see to assist each other.
I set up some rules but it only seems to gather tasks from certain projects. see attached items
I have used WRIKE for years and am actually a certified trainer for their system and its very intuitive in creating tracking systems. I asked support and they told me i have to come here for help

On that case you are using the Kanban view.
Had you tried to use reporting? So on tab Dashboard of your project, you can build a report that shows all tasks per team member, also add a filter to have only your team.
I need to be able to access the projects live to potentially update due dates or reassign as im reviewing capacity in that view. Will reporting allow me to do that actively ?
