Video Production Workflows?

This is exactly how we’ve had it set up at my video production company for a few years while I was on the free plan. Just upgraded to Advanced, and looking to take advantage of Rules and Portfolios to maybe organize things better.

I do like seeing a board where at a glance you’re able to find what video projects are in which production stage (RFQ, pre-production, post, etc), but Rules are a little limited for subtasks, which is what really all of my individual video project tasks are with this method.

Still researching and trying new things, but one method I’m trying is: each client set up a “Project” (since some clients have multiple videos at a time), and each video is a section within it… the only downside is I can’t see as easily the various stages of production unless I create custom fields for a visual.

Once I finally settle on a workflow, I’ll post it here for any other video pros looking for other options.
