Hey @Therese_Sivertsson - we are a small team, Typically 2 people involved directly (Project manager & editor) and then the Production manager oversees things. We produce video, so try encourage all our clients to post in Vimeo review, all their notes. Or they email them to the PM. PM then either shares the marked up Vimeo link in ASana, Or pastes the notes in, and tags the editor. Editor then when they have made a new cut, posts that new link in Asana. During all this we use slack to the chit chat, ideas, clarifying, trying things out as we are all remote. And, often we would chat and just post cuts back & forth to each other in Slack.
I will be honest with you, we have since move to a different platform to try out, as the team wasn’t finding this workflow useful. But I’m always interested to hear ideas if you come up with any!
