Vacation coverage- assign re-occuring tasks for one week

Hey @Wendy_Morden, welcome to the Asana Community Forum

Here is what I would do:

1. Use the advanced search to find tasks assigned to the person due within the next 7 days:
   
   

Now you can filter this more if let’s say you only want to assign tasks assigned to a person in a specific project, with a specific tag.

2. Then on the search results they are displayed in list view, then you can bulk-edit (How to is explained here

Then you can easily edit the assignee for example
