Goal: trying to have a single task representing an evergreen master doc to be used in multiple places on the same project so I don’t have to make multiple subtasks with the same link/info. If anything needs to be updated, then I have to circle through and update all of them - trying to be efficient here.
Generic Example: I have a spreadsheet with a product list that my team and I use for multiple corporate projects that we work on. Currently I have each of the projects as a task in a “queue” project in Asana. I then utilize subtasks to note each doc we need to use and then docs created specifically for this corp project etc. Basically the task is a bucket of all the moving parts for transparency - sometimes there are many. However, I want to avoid the issue I noted above, so I instead am making a SECTION for each corp project and I’d love to have these collateral tasks appear in each section that applies. These collateral tasks aren’t getting assigned and don’t have an actual process, they are just considered information we need to access to to get the actual corp project completed.
Is there a way to do this? I know how to multi-home but I can’t do it on the same project… how do I work around this or is there a better solution entirely?
