I’m new to Asana and seeking guidance on a specific workflow. At our institution, we currently handle the employee departure process (resignations, retirements, etc.) manually using paper forms. Has anyone used Asana to create an exit or departure process, particularly using Asana forms within a termination workflow? If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share how you’ve implemented this. Thank you!
I recommend you search the Forum for “offboarding” and I think you’ll find a couple of topics/posts.

And looking at “onboarding” would give you ideas too, even if it’s the opposite! There’s also an Asana-provided project template: “Asana Employee Onboarding” that you’ll find in orange + Create > Project > From Template.
