I raised a support request 3 days back and i still havent heard from the support is there any hotline to reachout?

There is not, unfortunately; support tickets are the only way to reach out to Asana support. They’ve told us that they are pretty backed-up at the moment and it can take some days to hear back.
If your issue is account-related, we wouldn’t be able to help out here. But if it’s technical/usage in nature, you can let us know about it here and we might be able to offer some help/guidance/etc.

You’re support website (help.asana.com) is not functional - it just keeps spinning/trying to reload and I’ve tried on several browsers & devices. I have a video but you also won’t allow me to attach that here.
You also don’t even accept email support (my attempt received a no reply response)?
Please let me know how to proceed.
