Hi - I upgraded from trial but still stuck on trial screen. Have tried twice and received two confirmation emails.

Have you tried logging out and in again to your account?
Also try clearing cookies and cache maybe and try a different browser or incognito.
If it is still the same I recommend reaching out to Asana Support as they have direct access and will be able to assist in having this resolved.
