Cannot using Asana after trial period.

After my trial period is over, I cannot use asana anymore the pop-up windows with a plan selection shows all the time I try to log in.

I could try to subscribe and after downgrade it, but I won’t do it because I need just basic function for myself right now.

How can I solve this problem?

Click on select your plan and then pick the basic one if you prefer that. This should normally work.

Please note that if you have been using premium/business features up until now you won‘t have access to those anymore.

In case you are still experiencing issues then I recommend reaching out to Asana support and I am sure they will be able to have this sorted :slight_smile:

Hello @Andrea_Mayer, thank you very much for the support. I was able to switch back to the free plan. The problem I met was this option (free plan) is too small and hard to notice during the plan switch.
But thanks a lot for the support.
