I cannot access my profile due to a popup that won't go away.

It tells me to “Select a Plan” after a 30 day trial, and I just want to stay on the Basic plan but that is not an option. Can’t access my profile at all.

What happens if you click on the “Select your plan”? It does not allow you to continue with a basic plan there?

This might be due to many features currently being used that are not available on the free plan such as custom fields, etc

I recommend reaching out to support and I am sure they will be able to assist

This is happening to my account as well. Any way around this?
