It’s not clear on the updated pricing page if the “Starter” plan and beyond require you to pay for more than one user to access the plan, as was the case with the old Premium and Business Plans?
If purchasing more than one user is required on any paid plan Asana should clarify (on the same page!) the minimum number of users that must be purchased for that level of plan, along with the minimum total cost. It’s misleading to give per-user prices without also mentioning there is a minimum number of users that must be purchased.
For example, if the “Starter” plan requires you to purchase a minimum of 2 users the pricing could be explained accurately and concisely by saying the following:
The “Starter” plan is $21.98 for a minimum of 2 users/per month billed annually, with additional users costing an extra $10.99 per user/per month billed annually.
If I’m wrong and you can now purchase just a single user on any of the paid plans, with no requirement to pay for multiple users, Asana should be shouting this from the rooftops to try and encourage individual paid plan users to return to the platform!
