Unlock the Potential of Task Templates Across Bundles and Project Templates

Task templates are a great way to create a repeatable process within a project. For example, a task Template called “Paid Social Campaign” will always contain subtasks for Storyboard Creation, Design, Campaign Setup, Approvals, and Launch.

This feature would drastically improve project efficiency and continuous improvement with the following enhancements:

  • Save to Bundle - When converting a task to a task template, it is siloed to the project. If I want to add a task template to a Bundle, I need to type every task and subtask manually in a different menu. Please add an option to convert a Task into Task Template directly inside a Bundle.
  • Allow Task Templates to be Embedded into Projects - When a process is refined and task templates are updated, I still have to overwrite each of my project templates or edit them manually with the changes one at a time. Instead, Task Templates in bundles should have the capability to be embedded in project templates. If the Task Template is updated, the changes to any linked project templates would also be automatically updated without manual work.
