Adding task template to a custom project template?

Hi team,

Is there a way to add a new task template into a custom project template so that it is available across a suite of existing projects, built using a custom template? I’ve create the task within the project template screen but doesn’t give the option to apply when in an existing project.

Welcome, @Hannah_Rowlands,

Project templates changes (like adding a Task Template) will only apply to future projects that you create based on the project template.

If you have the Enterprise plan on Asana you can use the Bundles feature to accomplish what you’re looking for.
