We use asana for our bi-annual magazine proofs. When using desktop (whether browser or app) it is impossible to see the complete spread. You cannot go left far enough.
You CAN see the entire spread while using the app. But all “Add Feedback” subtasks are auto-assigned to myself instead of the user who uploaded the file (which happens when using desktop)
Hi @Claire_Boomer, welcome to the Asana Community Forum
Thanks for flagging this! Could you please try these troubleshooting steps below in your browser and let me know if any of these help to resolve the issue?
In regards to your second question, when you add feedback to a document using the proofing feature, the subtask will be automatically assign to you but you can reassign it to the right person before submitting the change. All subtasks won’t be automatically assigned to the user that attached the document.
Looking forward to hearing back from you
I tried the troubleshooting steps and that did not work. I’m using Chrome and also the Desktop Asana App.
I guess that’s not the case for me for adding feedback in Desktop in the browser or the Desktop App. So I guess don’t “fix” that one
Hi @Claire_Boomer, thanks for following up! Could you please confirm if you are zoomed to 100% in your browser. If not, and you are viewing less or more, could you please let me know the percentage?
Looking forward to hearing back from you
Yes I am zoomed in to 100% in my browser. And I do not see any place to select a zoom level in the desktop app version.
