Started using the product as a trial under my personal account, invited my work account. Got to liking it, could see benefit, so I used it, trial expired, wanted to do some custom fields, and needed to upgrade according to Asana. Went to upgrade, and I get the spinning ring of death and it never errors out on the screen.
How many licenses do you need? Maybe I can help you, I am an Asana partner

@lpb I opened a ticket back on 9/3 and havent heard much back, and have provided all the details to them that they would need. I will run through the steps again that you provided and see if that helps

fyi you can’t buy 1 you’ll have to buy 2 seats
No “up” limit. You can buy 2000 seats. But you can’t buy one 
If you first buy two seats, then ask to quit, there’s a chance you’ll be offered an option to stay on with just one seat. You can try to search in the Forum or elsewhere for others’ experiences with this, or ask Support for details. I wish Asana handled all this differently.
Thanks for the follow-up. I did one better. I chose to delete my account and the option I picked was to remove my data and start over. I did that and then started over, created new , and it went through just fine. After recreating my account, I am now presented with the upgrade screen and then instead of spinning it goes to the credit card page. Im about to complete the process.
I did export my project tasks to excel and can re-import them easily.
