Unable to See Usage Details in Admin Panel

Unfortunately, I am unable to see usage details (usage of rules, AI actions, etc) in the billing tab of the admin panel (despite being the billing owner). I went to the AI chat support to get a resolution only to find that the AI Support Bot is also not working and will not allow support tickets to be submitted. I then attempted to contact the previous support email aliases and both are no longer working/monitored. Leaving me with no way to get an answer to my original need to find the usage details and no way to contact anyone at Asana for support (outside of reaching out via forum here). Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows how to contact support and resolve both bugs!

@Kimberly_Yanni - sorry to hear you’re having trouble. I can’t speak to the first issue, but re: the issues connecting with support, there is a known problem with Asana’s new Help Center that is interfering with ticket creation via the chat. In the meantime, refer to the link in this post for a temporary form to submit an issue:

Thanks @Stephen_Li ! Appreciate the help to find the form. Great to know the Help Center issue is already being worked on; I’ll follow along there for updates and get to form submitted for my usage details issue. Appreciate you updating the name of the post as well! :slight_smile:
