- I created an account and own the billing on a paid account
- I navigated the AI bot to find out why I can’t access “security” under the admin console, along with a bunch of other things the AI bot told me I should have
- The AI bot is unhelpful and tells me that it doesn’t know why I don’t have a “security” tab and tells me to contact support
- The link to the support page says to click on a chat icon, that icon doesn’t even exist
- There’s no customer service email or phone number so I’m here at a FORUM?
- Product is broken out of the box and support doesn’t exist. Fix it in 24 hours or I’m just charging back the payment and blocking my card, this is insanely bad.
Created my account, own the billing, can't access half the features. Customer support doesn't exist?

I can imagine that is frustrating.
AI can make mistakes. My guess is those options aren’t available in the Asana tier you’ve chosen.
That’d be this button:
Recently I’ve seen a “Get support” button added to the help page, that takes you to help.asana.com/s/get-support :
There you should be able to create a new case.
