UNABLE TO CLOSE "YOUR 30-DAY TRIAL HAS ENDED"POP UP

Our company is having issues with two of our users where we cannot log into the asana app as it says the 30 day trial has expired.

I have gone through all the forums and cannot find a single solution!

Please help!

Sorry to hear about the problem! That is something our Support Team will need to look into for you.

To create a support ticket:

  1. Please go to help.asana.com

  2. Click the chat icon at the bottom right

  3. Acknowledge Asana’s Privacy Statement by clicking Yes

  4. Type in your issue (or you can go ahead and write “speak to an agent”)

  5. We will ask you some details about your query to understand what you need and will offer you a solution, as well as give you the option to create a support ticket.

Hi @Nina_Koegelenberg,

Get one of them to click continue to upgrade and then on the page where you select your plan, look to the top area for the subtle grey text that says to downgrade to the personal (free) plan.

Then, if the app unlocks, they can access their profile photo, click on it and check whether they are in the correct Asana space. Just click into the correct Asana space/domain.
