Truncation at 2000 rows still happening

Hello. I read a post that Truncating at 2000 rows will no longer occur on CSV reports but it is still happening to us. When will it be rolled out to our group as well?

Don't truncate CSV project exports

Good news everyone… there is no longer a cap on CSV exports! You can now export more than 2,000 rows We have begun to roll this out to users so if you don’t have this feature just yet, you will soon!

Hi @Lexi_Crispe, this feature has now rolled out to all users so you should be able to export more than 2,000 rows. I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team with your csv file so they can take a closer look at this for you.
