How can I set a rule in workfow triggered by tags in comments or added collaborators ?
For example some writes in the comments @you so this person is added as collaborator
I need to set a rule that says when @you is tagged move task to project X
So far I cannot find any field that allows for this?

Great question! It is not currently possible to trigger Rules based on specific users being @-mentioned in comments.
