Translation of data between the selected languages

    We have multi language users in our organziation, when we tried to switch to different language other than English , only User interface data is getting changed into the particular selected language

    Project data like titles, custom fields , comment information is not changing.

    Is there any way for doing this and also toggle button to show translated content and original content between selected
