Hello, I would like to edit a project template, but I do not have the authorisation to do so. The person who created the template at that time no longer works in the company. How is it possible that I get editing rights to this project template or transfer the ownership of it? Thank you!

Yes, I reached out to them as well but they experiencing an extremely high number of requests at the moment and therefore I assume it will take a while! But thank you, so I know that this was the right step to take!
