I need to transfer fields (custom ones) that I have created in my Asana over to another persons Asana (organization)… I know everyone is saying to use https://asana.kothar.net/ but unfortunately it keeps telling me that the fields can’t be transferred because their plan doesn’t support it, even though we both have Premium. Does this transfer not work if they are on the trial for Premium???
I’m having a similar problem. I’m trying to transfer data between our free account and our new paid account. It’s surprising to me that Asana doesn’t make it easy to move from a free to paid subscription easily.

I recommend you exporting your project and import it to your new Organization via our CSV importer. If you prefer using the Ditto (kothar) third party integration, you can reach out to them via ditto@kothar.net so they can help you solve the issue!
