I need to track the time of projects within a portfolio from kickoff to launch. Projects are often added to the portfolio before official kickoff, so I do not just want time from project creation to completion. I’ve tried setting up widgets to count days in a Product Phase custom field & in the In Progress Asana Status update field to no avail. Appreciate any help.

What about the project’s Due date field which has start and due date? Then show the Duration column (in Options):
Or you could add a start date and end date date type field and a formula field to show end date minus start date?
