Tracking Team Member Workload (Based on Project Count, Not Task Count)

Hello,

I’m looking to use either the workload or dashboard feature to track the number of projects each team member is working on. Currently, I can only figure out how to track based on effort, task count, etc, vs number of projects per team member. Any tips on how to set this up?

Much appreciated!

You would be able to create a global report that uses Project data.
One option is to hace x= project owners and y project Count and then filter by project dates. Could that work?

Hi @Cassie_Fraser I think Paul has hit on the solution

I’ll give this a shot - thank you!

Hi I have a similar challenge however, I want to see the number of projects a person is working on event if this person is not the owner. For example I have a patent managers assigned to multiple projects in a portfolio and I want to get a report that shows in how many projects the different patent managers are assigned a project member, without going down to task level. Is this possible and if so how?

Hi Thomas, did you ever find a solution for this? I’ve run into similar situations trying to create a report

Hi Rion, unfortunately, I couldn’t find a solution
