I’m neck deep in planning my department’s strategic goals for the coming FY and in anticipation of putting it into Asana, I am finding that what I really want is a Timeline view for my team goals. I find that a visual representation of timelines I set for my goals over quarters can easily show me where I am unrealistic in my expectations and make adjustments on the fly so I don’t run into the classic conundrum of overpromising and under-delivering.
I don’t believe it is planned for the coming months, but I think it is a great idea. Our team always look for new ways to improve Goals, so I’ll make sure to share the idea with them!
