Adding my voice here…this feature is sorely needed!
Just to make sure I did not miss anything. Is there an option to filter for custom fields now or is someone working on this?
Any update here? Losing out on teams that need proper road mapping tools…
This is possible in Lists and Boards. Why not Timeline too?
The “Sort by Assignee” option is basically a group by already. This should be moved to a Group by dropdown, the same way Lists do.

Please make this happen. There’s not much of an update needed here. Almost all PM tools has this feature already.

I also need this feature. working for construction, where a project goes through multiple teams, it’s important to be able to filter through either everything, or just one team at the time.
