Hi, I’m trying to add a time tracking app to our Asana workspace so we can see a clear picture of team utilization. I originally downloaded Harvest, but need a free option. Downloaded Clockify. Now my Harvest integration will not go away in Asana, and the Clockify integration is not showing up. I’ve deactivated the Harvest app, refreshed, logged out, and still nothing. Any advice??
Hi @Kellee_Kosiorek and welcome to the Forum!
Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Can you please verify if you have disabled Harvest both:
- In your own profile Settings (refer to “Harvest for Individuals” in the article below)
- In your Team Settings (refer to “Harvest for Teams” in the article)
If this doesn’t solve the issue, could you also try to clear your browser’s cache?
Hope this helps but please let me know if you need further assistance!
Have a great Wednesday!
Hi thanks for the help! That worked!
Cheers,
Kellee
