Time tracking at Portfolio Level

We use Asana to manage technical customer onboarding projects. We view all of our open projects as a board in Portfolios. I have turned on the time tracking feature for our account with the goal to start measuring time spent by my team per project. A few issues we’re having:

  1. I can’t get the Actual Time column to stick to every project. I have to go in and add it in every project manually which isn’t scalable- how do I get it to persistently load in as a column in the list of each project?
  2. [The larger issue]: As the leader of the team, I need to be able to look at the portfolio board of projects and see what our Actual Time spent is per project. When I try to add Actual Time as a column to the portfolio list, it does not show up as an available field. What’s the best way for me to look at a portfolio of projects and look at the time spent project?

Any help is appreciated!
