The Asana plugin for Outlook seems defective.
Asana no longer supports Internet Explorer on your website (easy to check when you open asana.com in IE), but the plugin invisibly and unchangeably uses exactly that for login. This leads to the error in the screenshot. I could work around this with a developer tool, but this is not a feasible solution for you (not even via IT). What do you suggest as a fix?

I’m sorry for the trouble here. I investigated this further and I’d recommend you upgrading to a newer version of Outlook which uses Edge as the rendering engine. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team and send them the following information:

  • Link to this thread
  • What version of Outlook do you have?
  • Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
  • Is the issue happening just you or the whole Organization?
