Today is International Day of Happiness. We thought it was a great excuse to stop for a minute and think about what actually makes our workdays better.
To celebrate, we teamed up with our Brand Social team for a project that brought together Asanas and Ambassadors to answer one big question: What does happiness at work mean to you? It is a fun look at what keeps us all motivated.
Vote in the poll below and let us know what happiness at work means to you:
The People: Collaborating with amazing teammates
The Impact: Solving problems and crushing goals
The Growth: Learning and leveling up every day
The Flow: Achieving the zen of Asana Inbox Zero
All of the above!

Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend filled with whatever brings you joy.
I took some time off, but I’m back. Happiness at work to me represents many things:
Working from home is the best!
Working with an amazing team whom I’ve never met “in person”
Having a wonderful team of assistants: Abigail, my 13 yr old “I used to be a crazy girl, but now I’m old” puppala and Callie, my 9 month old “I have picked you to be my human” kitty

I love this and love hearing all the happiness in that video!
Happiness at work to me is hearing when people circle back after launching their newly built workflow with ALL CAPS or emojis saying their process is SO MUCH BETTER NOW because of Asana!
And working with an amazing forum/community!
Also, Bob Ross – Bob Ross is/was also pure happiness
I genuinely LOVE my job, especially because of this Community and the Forum. Connecting with you all makes me happy every day!
At Asana we have a hybrid model, and I really enjoy this balance: some days I’m in the office, co-creating in person with Emily, enjoying the snacks, and dressing up a bit. Other days, I’m working from home, not-so-occasionally working in PJs. And during the holiday period, when I get to work from my family’s home, I get to have my dogphew’s 5pm “walkie time” nudge.
AND Bob Ross, of course. For me, he was the door to other heavier ASMR videos
