When updating text for “Bulleted list” and “Numbered list” there is sometimes the need to add additional text with/under the bullet/number for more clarity, but pressing enter means you just get a new bullet/number.
It would be great to have a format option for “Indented line” that behaves the same way as a bullet/number, with the same alignments and ability to increase/decrease the indent too.
Would you be ok with my merging this topic into this one:
Many apps address this need in that manner so it would be consistent and handled with the keyboard for efficiency too.

Yes, this sounds reasonable.
Only concern is that this thread is predominantly focusing on the issue of Shift+Enter completing tasks, which is not my issue.
I just want a way to have an indented line (and am happy to do this long way of “enter then update format”)
