Teams Channel Notifications

Hi all,

I’m currently trying to set up a rule so that when a task becomes overdue, it sends a message into the teams channel. However, when I go select which channel the message should be directed into there are missing channels. I’ve tried to fix it with some basics, like restarting asana and teams, Asana has its own tab on the specific channel I’m looking for as well.

Any tips would be super useful!

Could you post a screenshot of your rule, showing what you are explaining?

Have you tried typing in the search box instead of scrolling through the dropdown which is a likely a truncated list of recent/recommended channels?
