Team Member Performance Dashboard?? - Completion on Time Report vs Overdue Deadlines

Hi, I am currently trialling Asana and one of the major functions required to get my business to adopt this piece of software is the ability to report on how / if my team members are meeting set deadlines.

I understand that when a task is still active the date shows in red if overdue. But as soon as the team member marks that as complete…I loose visibility of that missed deadline and by how much.

The ideal scenario would be a team member performance dashboard that simply illustrates tasks completed on time vs tasks that missed deadlines.

Does this exist? Thanks!!

Hi @Liam_Higton-Shirt, welcome to the Asana Community Forum!

We currently don’t offer a Performance Dashboard for each team member. However, you can create reports of tasks completed on Time and Overdue tasks using the Advanced Search feature. You can then export your report and see “Due date” vs “Completion Date”.
