Hi Bastian, appreciate your response, I am looking for a place where on a month on month basis I can gauge performance of my teammates based on the number of tasks completed on time versus incomplete tasks, most of the tasks I am assigning them are on an individual basis and I would like to get a report card sort of a thing of their performance
