Personal Dashboard - Average to complete

Hello,

I have someone from my team who’s been assigned to multiple tasks from request forms as well as separate projects that he becomes a collaborator in.

I want to be able to pull a report that quantifies an estimate of hours or days of how long it would take him to complete the tasks he has assigned for the next week, 2 weeks, and month. Is that possible to do in Asana? If so, how?
