I’d like to run weekly Sprints in Asana where at the beginning of every day we do a standup to review incomplete tasks that are due “this week”. This could be done with a simple report but the filters on due date are rolling. This means that if I add a “within the next 7 days” filter to a report, then I’ll end up with tasks that may be due “next week”.
Currently we hack around this by creating projects called “This Week”, but this means we more or less ignore due dates and overall this feels hacky. More generally I’d like to be able to have named static time ranges (ie. Sprints) which would automate the creation of new sprints and allow team members to add tasks to sprints simply by selecting the appropriate due date. The simplest version of this would be to have a “This week” due date filter.
