Could you please give us more details? How are you adding tasks via email? Are using Turning emails into Asana tasks | Product guide • Asana Product Guide, the Gmail add-on or Outlook add-in?

I am not sure if the issue was with our email server as the emails are now coming through as tasks. We are using outlook.
