Task Template Created in a Bundle not Showing in Projects Tied to the Bundle

I have created a bundle that has multiple projects tied to it. Within the bundle I have created a task template configured as a milestone with a number of subtasks within the milestone. However, when pushing the bundle config to the projects this task template specifically is not showing up in the projects. Any idea why?
