Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: Changes to task names are being lost and the names are being reverted back to older ones.
Steps to reproduce:
Browser version: Chrome Version 77.0.3865.120; happening to latest versions of FireFox and Safari, too.

Also: it is showing my colleague as having changed the titles but we have confirmed that is inaccurate and did not make the changes. Of note, he is the account holder.
