Today, portfolios should allow you to manage the workload of your employees.
However, the load displayed only takes into account the projects listed in the portfolio, and only those that are allowed to be seen.
As a result, the displayed load is a partial load that does not allow one to know if the person is overloaded or not.

I know it’s possible to fix this by removing all the locks, or inviting the right people in all the projects, but it becomes complicated to manage in my opinion.
Would you consider adding, for example, a line that would indicate the load of other projects (private or not in the portfolio)? The details would not be displayed to keep confidentiality, and it would allow to have the global load.
